(a) whether the Government is considering to implement the
compulsory NCC training in the schools and colleges;
(b) if so, the details therof;
(c) whether the Government is making it mandatory for compulsory
training for two years; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a) to (d) : The National Common Minimum Programme of the
Government envisages that proper infrastructure will be created in
schools for NCC, NSS, physical development, sports and cultural
development of all students. It has been decided to prepare an
action plan for increasing the strength of NCC in schools.
