Question : National Museum in Andaman Cellular Jail

(a) whether it is true that the Andaman Cellular Jail is still not having a National Museum;

(b) if so, the reasons therefor;

(c) whether the Government has any plans to declare the Andaman Cellular Jail as a National Museum thereto; and

(d) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor ?
