(a)&(b) The Government of India, Ministry of Textiles, has sanctioned 3 Block Level Clusters (BLCs) under National Handloom Development Programme(NHDP) and 10 Block Level Clusters under Comprehensive Handloom Cluster Development Scheme (CHCDS) in Bihar State. A statement showing cluster-wise funds sanctioned along with district is annexed.
(c) Does not arise in view of the reply to parts (a) & (b) above.
