Question : Preservation of Art Works

(a) whether it is a fact that the upkeep and preservation of the art works with Air India have suffered because of the uncertainty over the future of the airline;

(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) whether the Government is taking any measures to preserve and upkeep the prized art collection of Air India after its sale to Air India recently;

(d) if so, the details thereof; and

(e) if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) to (e): No Sir. Presently, the Art collection of Air India is kept in the Air India Building in Mumbai under 24 x 7 CCTV surveillance, which is supervised by Air India security.
