(a), (b), (c) and (d): Formulation of tour packages is primarily the responsibility of the Airlines, tour operators and travel agents. The Ministry of Tourism, Government of India does not formulate any tour packages. However, the Indiatourism offices in India and abroad promote all States/UT`s, including Himachal Pradesh through dissemination of information, advertising, participation in trade shows, brochure support and other promotional measures.
