(a) whether electrification of rail routes in East-Central zone and North-Eastern zone have not been done and if so, the details thereof and the reasons therefor;
(b) the reaction of the Railways thereto;
(c) whether Railways has not allocated sufficient funds for projects for which surveys were already made, particularly in North-Eastern States and Karnataka;
(d) if so, the details thereof and the reasons therefor; and
(e) the steps being taken to allocate sufficient funds for each project?
