(a) whether any proposal from Kerala Government to NABARD for strengthening the infrastructure facilities for paddy cultivation in Kole Lands in Trichur, Kerala is pending for clearance;
(b) if so, the estimated cost of the proposal;
(c) the reasons for keeping the proposal pending; and
(d) the time by which it is likely to be cleared?

(a): National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has reported that no proposal for the strengthening of infrastructural facilities for paddy cultivation in Kole Lands in Thrissur District of Kerala is pending with it.
