(a) the funds allocated, released and utilised under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) in each of the years since 2014, State-wise;
(b) the planned/allocated and completed length of surfaced roads since 2014, State and year-wise including Andhra Pradesh; and
(c) the allocated and completed length of surfaced roads in the State of Telangana during the said period, Gram Panchayat-wise?

(a) Allocations to the states are made based on their absorption capacity and depending upon the quantum of Budget Estimates/ Revised Estimates which keep on varying from year to year. The detail of funds released (central share) and expenditure (including the state share) under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) since 2014, state-wise are given at Annexure-I .
(b) The information regarding planned/allocated and completed length of surfaced roads since 2014, State and year-wise including Andhra Pradesh is given at Annexure-II.
(c) Under PMGSY, gram panchayat-wise details are not maintained. District-wise and year-wise status of length constructed under PMGSY in the State of Telangana is given at Annexure-III.
