(a) whether arrangements have been made to provide
scholarships for getting higher education from the institutions
affiliated with Human Resource Development Ministry during the
current year; and
(b) if so, the number of students provided with the
scholarships, State-wise during the last two years?

affiliation to the educational institutions. Scholarships to
students in educational institutions are given by various
sources including central and state governments.
