(a) whether the Government has any proposal to establish Grand Statues of brave Freedom fighters in different parts of the country, specially in Wardhman, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar;
(b) if so, the details thereof, State/ UT-wise;
(c) if not, the reasons therefor; and
(d) the details of the status of the projects being initiated in this regard so far, in the country including West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar?

(a): Ministry of Culture commemorates birth centenaries and other special occasions like 125th /150th /175th etc. anniversaries of great personalities and of important/ memorable events related to the history of our country. There is no scheme of the Ministry of Culture for establishing Grand Statues of brave Freedom fighters in different parts of the country.
(b), (c) &(d): Do not arise in view of (a) above.
