(a) whether the GAIL has any proposal to infuse Ratnagiri Gas and Power Private Limited (RGPPL) with additional funds and to revive the same;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) the time by which the revival plan would be taken up and the expected time of completion?

(a) & (b): GAIL has, subject to certain conditions, decided to provide additional equity contribution of Rs.475 crores to Ratnagiri Gas and Power Private Limited (RGPPL) to be used for completion of the LNG terminal.
(c): Out of three power blocks, two power blocks are operational. The third power block is likely to become operational by February 2008. LNG terminal is expected to be completed without breakwater by December 2008; this terminal will become fully operational after completion of breakwater facilities in March 2011.
