(a) the total amount released under the Tribal Sub-plan for starting of Ashram Schools in each State/UT of the country during the last three years;
(b) whether the funds allocated to Orissa have been fully utilized;
(c) if so, the details thereof; and
(d) if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) The details of the amount released during the last three years is at the Annexure.
(b) This is a 50:50 Scheme and the State Govt. could not make provision . Hence no grant has been released to the State Government of Orissa during last three years.
(c) & (d) Do not arise.
