Question : HONORARIUM TO MEDIA PERSONS

(a) Whether :Hindi Diwas` and `Hindi Paknwada` were organised in his Ministry and other media units last year;

(b) if so, the Media-wise details or rewards given for publicity and to the organisers and of honoraria paid to the Jury members/officials of media units;

(c) whether some irregularity have been found in awarding the honorarium to the officials ; and

(c) if so, the action taken against the persons responsible for this?

(b) No reward has been given for publicity to the organisers. So far as payment of honoraria to the jury members/officials of media units under this Ministry is concerned, information is given in the Annexure.
