ANSWER
(a) Ministry of Culture administers the Scheme for “Tagore Cultural Complexes” which inter alia provides financial assistance for creating Cultural Complexes and also for renovation, upgradation, restoration and modernization etc. of existing Rabindra Bhawans, Auditoria / Cultural Complexes and Multipurpose Cultural Complexes.
