(a) to (d): The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has established a National Clinical Registry on COVID that provides insights into clinical course of COVID-19 disease, its spectrum and outcome of patients.
After extensive expert consultations, Ministry of Health & FW on 21st October 2021 has issued National Comprehensive Guidelines for Management of Post-Covid Sequelae (available at: https://www.mohfw.gov.in/pdf/NationalComprehensiveGuidelinesforManagementofPostCovidSequelae.pdf). The document contains detailed guidance for doctors on managing post-COVID complications affecting cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, nephrological, neurological and respiratory systems and rehabilitation from such complications.
