(a) the total amount of loan received from the World Bank for the development and improvement in the power
sector in the country including Andhra Pradesh during each of the last three years and the current year;
(b) whether loans received from the World Bank have been fully utilised;
(c) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor;
(d) whether any directions have been issued by the Union Government to the State Governments in this regard;
and
(e) if so, the details thereof?
