(a) the details of the geological survey conducted on the mines of
several companies of Coal India Ltd. during the last three years,
mine-wise;
(b) the details of the decline in the ground stock of several companies
of Coal`India Ltd. and the percentage of decline which is overlooked,
mine-wise; and
(c) the action taken or proposed to be taken by the Government or the
company against the persons found guilty for such decline in ground stock?

(a): Coal inventory is assessed by Geological Survey of India annually for
different coalfields only and not colliery-wise of coal company companies.
The company command area-wise distribution of coal resources as on
1.1.2005 is given below: -
