However, rule 8(1) of the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014, prescribes the specified format of annual disclosure on CSR in their Board’s Report, which includes disclosure w.r.t. name of Trusts or Societies or Section 8 companies, if any.
