Question : Entry at Airport without Identity Cards-Entry Pass

(a) whether CISF personnel allowed entry of certain persons who were carrying neither identity cards nor any airport entry pass at the time of arrival of a political party leader at Indore airport on 6/7/2018;

(b) if so, whether it is tantamount to compromising the security, the duties of CISF and airport authority, if so, the details thereof;

(c) whether the Government proposes to take action against such persons by examining the CCTV footage who entered the airport without entry pass;

(d) if so, the details thereof; and

(e) if not, the reasons therefor?

(a): No, Madam. The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has reported that no person was allowed to enter into the arrival hall or any part of the terminal building of the Indore Airport on 06.07.2018 without valid entry passes. According to CISF, the examination of the relevant CCTV footage revealed no case of entry into the airport without entry passes / Visitor Ticket.

(b) to (e): Does not arise, in view of the answer to part (a) above.
