(a) & (b): Government of India provides an enabling ecosystem of overall industrial development in the country through appropriate policy interventions.
As development of industry is primarily the domain of State Government, Government of Andhra Pradesh has stated that they have provided incentives to Cement and Steel Plants in Andhra Pradesh as per the policies of Target 2000, Industrial Investment Promotion Policy (IIPP) 2005-10, IIPP 2010-15 and Industrial Development Policy (IDP) 2015-20 and same is also continue in APIDP 2020-23.
