(a) the details of Centrally sponsored environment projects launched in the state of Punjab during the last
three years;
(b) the total amount provided by the Government for this purpose during the said period; and
(c) the details of achievement made in this regard?

(a),(b)&(c) The Ministry of Environment and Forests has been implementing two Centrally Sponsored thematic Schemes
in the environment sector under which financial assistance is provided to implementing agencies. Details of projects
launched in the State of Punjab during the last three years under these schemes along with details of achievement made
are given in Annexure. A total amount of Rs.96.02 crore has been provided by the Union Ministry of Environment and
Forests to the State of Punjab under these two schemes during the last three years.
