(c) & (d): An effective grievance redressal mechanism has been put in place to address grievances of CAPF personnel. Social media channels are also used for submitting grievances. Earnest and sincere efforts are made to redress grievances in all CAPFs including BSF. In addition, directions have also been issued that Senior Officers would stay with Jawans deployed on border for 30 days in a year. During this period, the interaction with Jawans would result in better appreciation of their difficulties and help in resolving them.
