(a) the number of projects completed as well as those in progress under Namami Gange Programme in
Bhagalpur district during the last three years;
(b) the total number of Ganga Grams in Bhagalpur district and whether all the components of Ganga Gram scheme have been implemented thereunder;
(c) if so, the details thereof; and
(d) the details of funds allocated under Namami Gange programme in Bhagalpur district during the last three years and the current year, year-wise?

(a): Under Namami Gange Programme, 6 projects (4 Sewerage infrastructure projects and 2 Ghats & Crematoria) at an estimated cost of Rs.581.78 crore have been taken up in the district of Bhagalpur. Among these, 2 projects have been completed while other projects are at different stages of implementation. In addition, 3 nos. of afforestation projects and 1 project on biodiversity conservation have been sanctioned in Ganga bank districts including Bhagalpur. The details are given at Annexure-I.
(b) & (c): As per the information shared by Department of Drinking Water & Sanitation (DDWS), Bhagalpur district has 78 identified Ganga grams and all the 78 number of villages are now Open Defecation Free (ODF) village under the Swatch Bharat Mission-Gramin (SBMG) Phase-I scheme. At present, the components of SBMG Phase-II which was launched in February, 2020 are under implementation. The assets for community are being constructed/done as per the AIP (Annual Implementation Plan) 2021-22 submitted by the State. As on date, the No. of Assets for community created are 250.
(d): There is no State or city specific allocation and projects are funded based upon their status/ sanctioned/ implementation for rejuvenation of river Ganga. The release of funds for State-specific projects are made to State Program Management Group (SPMG). The funds released to State of Bihar during the last three years i.e. 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21 & in current financial year i.e. 2021-22 till 31st January 2022 are mentioned below:-
