Question : COLLECTION OF REVENUE BY DDA



(a) whether Delhi Development Authority (DDA) collects damages on various properties in settlement colonies;

(b) if so, the details of revenue being raised through the same;

(c) the ratio of default in comparison to the total amount of damages which have accrued during the last three years and the current year;

(d) whether the Government proposes to withdraw the system of damages and damages slip;

(e) if so, the details thereof along with time-frame in this regard; and

(f) if not, the reasons therefor?

(b) and (c): The details regarding damages raised, recovery made and outstanding damages during the last three years and the current year are as follows:
