Answer given by the minister

THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF URBAN DEVELOPMENT
(SHRI BABUL SUPRIYO)

(a) to (e) : Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has informed that under the New Pattern Registration Scheme-1979, the applicants/registrants were given priority numbers and the eligible applicants have been allotted the flats. Thereafter, DDA allotted flats through various housing schemes launched by it. The old housing schemes have been closed after giving public notice in the leading newspapers. Cases of allotment in which there are court cases, vigilance cases or eligibility issues, are resolved as and when the same become ripe.
