(b) if so, the details of trends in Youth Development across the States including Bihar; and

(a)to(c) Yes, India Youth Development Index (YDI) and Report was released on 13th November, 2017. The YDI value at national level is 0.569. The range varies from 0.466 for State Bihar to 0.689 for Himachal Pradesh State. The trends in various components of Youth Development Index across the Indian states including Bihar is given in the Annexure. The Index is intended to be used for reference in youth development matters.
