(a) the number of beneficiaries identified in Jharkhand, especially SanthalPargana, under the Pradhan MantriKisanSammanNidhi (PM-KISAN) Yojana and the number of beneficiaries being benefitted at present; and
(b) the details of the States where the PM-KISAN yojana is not being implemented properly and the reasons therefor?

(a) Release of benefits under PM-KISAN is a continuous and ongoing process. After the registration of farmers under the Scheme, the data of the farmers is verified/validated through various agencies like UIDAI, PFMS, Income Tax. Consequently, after the receipt of correct and verified data of farmers, the benefit of the Scheme are transferred directly into the bank account of beneficiaries through DBT mode. The district-wise details of number of eligible beneficiaries registered in Jharkhand, including in the 6 districts ofSanthalPargana namely Jamtara, Deoghar, Dumka, Pakur, Godda, Sahebganj, under the Pradhan MantriKisanSammanNidhi (PM-KISAN) Yojana and the number of eligible beneficiaries benefitted so far is attached at Annexure-1.
(b) The Pradhan MantriKisanSammanNidhiYojana (PM-KISAN) is being successfully implemented in all States/UTs of the country. The benefits under the Scheme are transferred directly into the bank accounts of the beneficiaries via Direct Benefit Transfer Mode on receipt of their correct and verified data from the respective States/UTs after and through Aadhaar/PFMS/Income Tax database etc.
