(a) whether the attention of the Government has been drawn towards the possibility of youth in Jammu and Kashmir getting attracted to the ISIS;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether there has been reports of ISIS and Pakistan flags being waved in J&K this year;
(d) if so, the details thereof and the number of youths identified for these acts; and
(e) the measures taken to check the radicalisation of youth and influence of the ISIS in the country?

(a) to (e): Some youths have come to notice for unfurling flags of ISIS and Pakistan in Srinagar on a few occasions in the recent past and appropriate action has been taken. However, there are no credible inputs to indicate any discernable increase in the affinity of youth in Jammu & Kashmir towards ISIS.
The Government is closely monitoring the situation and has directed the intelligence and security agencies to keep a watch on any such activities. The Cyber-space is also being closely scanned in this regard.
