(a) whether a number of corporate companies have registered its operation address as Government building;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether any survey has been conducted by the Government in this regard; and
(d) if so, the details thereof and the action taken by the Government against such companies?

(a) & (b): As per the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder, there is no such provision for the company to provide operation address.
