(a) whether the Government proposes to purchase helicopter-borne early warning systems to boost defence aviation wing;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether such a system is also proposed to be used to tackle naxal activities in the country;
(d) if so, the details thereof; and
(e) whether it is proposed to be done under Public Partnership and if so, the details thereof?
