(a): the number of petrol pumps of various oil companies which were deserted from the partnership in Rajasthan during the last three years;
(b): whether the rules governing partnership have not been adhered to; and
(c): if so, the number of such cases noticed in Rajasthan?

(a) to (c): During the last three years (1999-2000, 2000-2001 and 2001-2002), in the case of three retail outlet dealerships, partners have resigned from partnerships. In two of these cases, the dealerships have been reconstituted, and in the remaining case, pending reconstitution of the firm, a temporary dealership has been granted to the remaining partners.
