(a) the status of implementation of Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (RKVY) in various States of the country including Jharkhand;
(b) the details of the programmes being undertaken under the said Yojana and achievements made therefrom during the last three years; and
(c) the details of the funds released by the Government and utilized under the said Yojana by the State Government of Jharkhand during the last three years and the current year, programme-wise?

(a): Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (RKVY) launched in 2007-08 is being implemented in all States. An amount of Rs. 16277.62 crore has been released for implementation of the scheme during last three years (2014-15 to 2016-17) including Rs. 304.19 crore released to State Government of Jharkhand.
(b): The projects for implementation under RKVY are implemented by the concerned state governments as per their needs and priorities from a shelf of projects approved by the State Level Sanctioning Committee (SLSC) headed by the Chief Secretary of the concerned State Government. The year-wise and State-wise details of projects approved by the States under the scheme during the last three years is given at annexure-I.
(c): The status of funds released and utilization reported by the State Government of Jharkhand during the last three years and current year as on 14.12.2017 is given under:
