(a) and (b): Yes, Sir. Representations on various issues including salary, work schedule etc are received from time to time which are generally addressed by Air India for arriving at an amicable solution. A joint representation has recently been received from Indian Commercial Pilots Association (ICPA), Indian Pilots Guild (IPG), Air Corporations Employees Union (ACEU), All India Cabin Crew Association (AICCA), Indian Aircraft Technicians Association(IATA) Air India Employees Union (AIEU) and All India Aircraft Engineers Association (AIAEA) inter-alia, raising issues related to disinvestment/ privatisation of Air India and suggesting ways to improve/address operational/financial concerns of Air India. The concerns/interests of the employees of Air India will be safeguarded in accordance with the guidelines of Department of Investment and Public Asset Management, Ministry of Finance on strategic disinvestment of CPSEs and same will be reflected in the Share Purchase Agreement to be signed with new owner.

So far as the payment of salaries and allowances are concerned, there have been slight delays in payment. However, the salaries are being paid to all employees including pilots of Air India on a regular monthly basis.
