(a) & (b): No, Madam.
(c) & (d): Appropriate action as per the provisions of the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA), 2010 and Rules made thereunder is taken against the NGOs in case of violation of any provision of the said Act/Rules. Registration of more than ten thousand NGOs has been cancelled since 2015-16 for violation of the provisions of FCRA, 2010 and Rules made thereunder.
