(a) whether the Railways has proposed to upgrade existing unmanned level crossings to manned level crossings;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) the number of unmanned level crossings across the country; and
(d) the number of accidents occurred at unmanned level crossings during the last three years and the current year, State-wise?
