(a) to (c) : No, Sir. Ministry of Railways is not aware of any such study conducted by research organization / academic institution independently. However, the Research and Development wing of Indian Railways viz. Research, Designs & Standards Organisation (RDSO) undertakes Studies / Projects / Missions which have an important bearing on safety of train operations.
