(a) the details of the routes in the country that are presently covered under the RCS-UDAN scheme;
(b) the present passenger traffic on the routes covered under the UDAN scheme since its launch;
(c) the routes covered under UDAN scheme in Maharashtra and passenger traffic handled since inception, route and airport-wise; and
(d) whether any study has been undertaken to assess the impact of the UDAN scheme and if so, the details thereof?

(a): A list of Regional Connectivity Scheme (RCS) - UDAN (Ude Desh ka Aam Nagrik) routes commenced are enclosed at Annexure-A.;
(b): As on 22.10.2019 the total passenger traffic on the routes covered under the RCS - UDAN is 31,48,735.;
(c): A list of RCS - UDAN routes connecting Maharashtra indicating routes commenced and routes cancelled/ terminated is enclosed at Annexure-B. Corresponding passenger traffic is enclosed as Annexure -C;
(d): No study has been conducted so far to assess the impact of RCS - UDAN. However, Implementing Agency i.e.Airports Authority of India (AAI) has devised a mechanism to collect the information regarding RCS flight movements, Passenger movement details including Passenger Load Factor (PLF) etc. on weekly basis to monitor the impact/ implementation of the RCS Scheme. Moreover, Customer Satisfaction Survey is carried out as benchmark exercise by an independent agency appointed by AAI on the 34 parameters at AAI Airports having scheduled flight operations.
