Question : Health Centres under NHM

Will the Minister of HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE be pleased to state:

(a) the total number of Community Health Centres and Primary Health Centres set up in the States of Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan under National Health Mission (NHM) during the last three years;

(b) the details of the funds allocated to the States of Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan under NHM during the last three years; and

(c) the details of programmes being implemented to improve the healthcare facilities in the rural areas under NHM?
