Question : STATIONS UNDER MUTP

(a) whether all important stations have been covered under . MUTP to improve the traffic near railway stations in Mumbai;

(b) if so, the details and action plan thereof;

(c) if so, whether Dadar, Andheri, Malad, Borivali, Chembur and Ghatkopar are given priority; and

(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a) to (d): The improvement of traffic near Railway stations is not within the purview of the Railways. This activity falls under the Road component of MUTP, which is being executed by the Government of Maharastra
