(a) & (b): As per available information, the State Government of Rajasthan has prescribed educational qualifications for elections to the offices of Zilla Parishad, Panchayat Samiti and Gram Panchayat as indicated below:
(i) Secondary School Examination for members of Zilla Parishad and Panchayat Samiti.
(ii) Class V for Sarpanch for Scheduled Area and Class VIII for Sarpanch other than Scheduled Area.
