(a) whether the Union Government has received any proposals from the States
including the State Government of Gujarat for promotion of agriculture sector in the
State;
(b) if so, the current status of such proposals, State-wise; and
(c) the time by which such proposals are likely to be approved?

(a) to (c): No specific proposal from the States including the State Government of
Gujarat for promotion of agriculture has been received. However, State Government
submit their plan proposal under the various Centrally Sponsored Schemes being
implemented by the Department and funds are released based on these proposals and
as per the guidelines of the respective schemes.
