(a) whether in view of recent super cyclone in Orissa, the Union Government propose to bear the total cost of irrigation projects being executed in the State under Accelerated Irrigation Benefit Programme;

(b) if so, the details thereof; and

(c) if not, the reasons therefor ?

(c) The Union Government cannot bear the total cost of irrigation projects as per existing Accelerated Irrigation Benefits Programme (AIBP) norms.
