(a) the details of estimated and actual consumption of cotton by the textile industry during the last three years and the current year;
(b) whether the Domestic Textile industry is facing shortage of supply/availability of cotton;
(c) if so, the details thereof; and
(d) the steps taken/proposed to be taken by the Government in this regard?
