Will the Minister of WOMEN AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT be pleased to state:
(a) whether the Government has approved the annual Programme Implementation Plan (PIP) of Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) Scheme of various States including Kerala for 2015-16;
(b) if so, the total outlay of annual Programme Implementation Plan and the component-wise breakup, State-wise; and
(c) the funds allotted, released and utilized under ICDS during 2015-16, State-wise?

(a) Yes Madam, the Annual Programme Implementation Plan (APIP) of Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) Scheme of all the States/ UTs including Kerala for 2015-16 has been approved.
(b) A statement showing total outlay of Annual Programme Implementation Plan and component-wise, State-wise breakup of the amount approved in Annual Programme Implementation Plan is enclosed at Annex-I.
(c) A statement showing State-wise release and utilisation of funds under ICDS during 2015-16 (upto 31.01.2016) is enclosed at Annex-II.
