Question : RESTRICTIVE LAWS BY UK



(a) whether the UK Government has enacted certain restrictive laws to prevent the entry of foreign labourers into their country;

(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) whether Indian labourers are also likely to face difficulties in working in the said country as a result thereof;

(d) if so, the details thereof;

(e) whether the Government has raised this issue with UK; and

(f) if so, the response of British Government thereto?

(a) As reported by the High Commission of India in United Kingdom (UK), they did not come across any reports about UK Government enacting restrictive laws to prevent the entry of foreign labourers into the country.
