(a) the number of cases received so far since establishment of the National Green Tribunal;
(b) the number of cases disposed of along with the number of cases still pending as on date; and
(c) the time by which the pending cases are likely to be disposed of?

(a) The number of cases received since establish- ment of the National Green Tribunal till 31st January, 2015 is 7768.
(b) The number of cases disposed off till 31st January, 2015 is 5167 and the number of cases still pending as on 31st January, 2015 is 2601.
(c) The cases are heard and decided in accordance with the provisions of the Rule 18 of National Green Tribunal (Practices and Procedures) Rules 2011.
