Question : NEW RAILWAY LINE FROM BARABANKI TO FATEHPUR

(a) whether the Railways have received any proposal for laying of new railway line in a 25 kms. long stretch between Barabanki-Dewan-Fatehpur for connecting Ayodhya, Dewan Sharif and Nemisaran;

(b) if so, the details thereof; and

(c) the action taken by the Railways thereon?

(a) to (c): At present, there is no proposal under consideration for laying of a new line between Barabanki -Dewan-Fatehpur.
