(a) the details of the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) land encroached by unauthorized
occupants during each of the last three years and the current year;
(b) the action taken by the NDMC and the Government to evict the encroachers and the
time bound mechanism adopted for the purpose
(c) whether the NDMC has constructed any building unauthorisedly on the land belonging to
Land and Development Office without proper allotment; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a) & (b): New Delhi Municipal Council(NDMC) has informed that no such NDMC land has
been encroached upon by the unauthorized occupants and if any encroachment is noticed,
the same is removed immediately. Total 31,062 unauthorised encroachments have been
removed upto December, 2012 and 7,051 from January, 2013 to March, 2013.
(c) to (d): No such instance has come to the notice of NDMC.
