Question : Cartelisation in Telecom

(a) whether the telecom operators are operating as a cartel for making profit;

(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) the action taken by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) in this regard;

(d) whether the telecom companies are unable to invest in augmenting their network capacity to curb the call drop to increase their customer base; and

(e) if so, the details thereof and the reaction of the Government thereto?
