(a) the details of bandwidth requirement of Software Technology Park of India, State-wise with location thereof;
(b) whether any complaint has been received about the constraints felt due to inadequate bandwidth;
(c) if so, the details thereof alongwith the action taken in this regard; and
(d) the steps taken to keep pace with the contemporary development in the field of data communication?

(a),(b) and (c): Presently, Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) is providing 137.69 Mbps bandwidth from their Centres spread all over the country. The bandwidth available at the STPI centres, state-wise, is given in the Annexure. This bandwidth is sufficient to meet the existing requirements of the software industry.
(d): STPI is keeping pace with contemporary developments in the field of data communication to provide the necessary bandwidth in future.
